Putting aside “Up”, this week “Seitokai no Ichizon” has come to the 2nd place!! It is called “Ichizon” for short. Ichizon was animelized from the light novel. Recently, a current that light novels are animelized is so hot trend. “The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya“, “Tora Dora“, “Kara no Kyoukai” and so on are animes which come from light novel. In 2010 “Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu” and “Mayoineko Overrun” were animelized, and “Hidan no Aria” and so on will be animelized.

“Up” has defended the 1st place also this week again. And I pick up “Nodame Kantabile” which has come to the 3rd place. It is so popular that it is made into TV drama and movie. The theme is classical music. The story is that in a music university the lead character Nodame who are an eccentric girl grows with unique characters and is love with Shinich Chiaki who is serious and gifted with music.

And “Nodame Cantabile” which Tomoko Ninomiya draws has defended the 2nd place also. As for new comer of TOP10, “Mayoineko Overrun!” which began anime from this April has come to the 9th place. It was hit originally as light novel.

Except for “Up”, “To aru Kagaku no Railgun” is sold well! “Railgun” is a spinoff of “To aru Majutsu no Index“. Though also “Index” was popular, “Railgun” exceeds in popularity in spite of spinoff.
