“Tsun-dere” means characters who take a cold or bad-tempered attitude toward her partner first, but then when they are alone who change usual attitude to modest, shy, coquettish and dallying attitude suddenly. Such a cold attitude is called Tsuntsun. And such a coquettish attitude is called Deredere. In short, Tsun-dere is characters (the characters are often girls) who have both 2 attitudes. Otaku feel the gap of the 2 attitudes.

Rather owners and Otaku is willing to call them Itasha, because they admit it as their culture. And they are called sometimes also Moesha. But Itasha is more generall than Moesha.
