Kadokawa Publishing that refused to take part in Tokyo international Anime Fair 2011 to protest Tokyo’s new ordinance related to a regulation of manga has announced to hold new convention for anime contents Anime Contents Expo with other companies of anime industry on the same day as TAF!!
Anime Contents Expo will be held on 26th and 27th March not in Tokyo but at Makuhari Messe in Chiba. The more detailed information bout the convention will be disclosed from January.
All the companies that will hold the convention with Kadokawa are major in anime industry.

The hall of Anime Contents Expo Makuhari Messe is one of the largest institution for Otaku’s convention in Japan and as large as Tokyo Big Site. Makuhari Messe is well-known as the hall of Wonder Festival that is the largest festival of figures are held every year twice. Judging from the hall and the date, anime industry’s seriousness can be guessed.
Japanese anime fans seems stand by this Kadokawa’s project.
