It has been fixed officially that “Toaru Kagaku no Railgun” the 2nd season will start as Original Video Animation!! OVA means anime that is not broadcast on TV but in DVD or Bru-ray.
“Toaru Kagaku no Railgun” the 2nd seaon was announced through flier in manga “Toaru Kagaku no Railgun” vol.5. And the picture above this is the flier. The OVA will be released from October 29th. The fans of Railgun’s original light novel has already started discussion about which story will be drawn in OVA.
I told that “Toaru Majutsu no Index” the 2nd season will start from this Autumn before. Therefore, from this Autumn both Index and Railgun will start! It will be a big festival!!

Besides, “Railgun” will release “The Official Visual Book” on July 24th. The bundled DVD that includes the episode 13′ “Entenka no Satsuei Model mo Raku Ja Arimasen wa ne.” (“Being a Photo Shoot Model Under the Hot Sun Isn’t Easy, Is It?”) is with the book. Not episode 13 but episode 13′.
