explanation:
“Moe” means the special deep love for characters and things. The definition and the meaning of “Moe” are complex while the term’s established and spreading. But the typical definition is the madly love without sexual desire. And “Moe” is originally usual Japanese which means that the plants bud or something buds in the mind.

According to a view, , it is the origin that “Moe” which had been the name of two persons was made into the adjective on the thread “Pasotsu” in 1993~1995. The 1st person is “Moe” from “Kyoryu Wakusei (dinosaur planet)”. “Kyoryu Wakusei” was broadcast in a TV program for children in the evening time. The 2nd person is “Hotaru Tomoe” from that famous “Sailor Moon”. At the time of “Sailor Moon”, “Moe” had begun to get original meaning.

Because the “Moe”’s object is usually characters of anime or video-game and such characters have individuality made by persons, the range of the object spread not only characters but also character’s parts. People call the such parts “Moe Youso (the element of Moe)”. E.g. “glasses”, “maid”, “twintail”, “Nekomimi (cat’s ears)”, “school mizugi or sukumizu (school bath-suite)” and so on.
